3. To promote special education to the whole school
4. To prepare and convene special education meetings
5. To adjust and contact concerning internal affairs
6. To contact other offices related to special education
7. To arrange and keep the budgets of special education
8. To deal with affairs related to students’ advanced studies or getting employed
9. To recommend students going for competitions and provide academic assistance for students
10. To deal with other affairs related with special education
