1. To plan and arrange the freshmen’s elective courses
2. To plan and arrange the freshmen’s second foreign language courses
3. To plan and conduct the projects of integrating senior high schools and vocational schools with the neighboring communities so as to share existing resources
4. To conduct meetings for curriculum development, lesson plans of every subject, advanced studies and seminars of new courses for teachers, and many other projects concerning senior high school outline curricula
5. To promote plans about teachers’ professional evaluation
6. To handle affairs on teachers’ advanced studies and seminars
7. To assist intern teachers in teaching and in their future jobs
8. To establish Yu Cheng Senior High School into a creative campus by following the project of developing creative teaching environment in senior high and vocational schools, which is conducted by Ministry of Education
