Motto:

  Appreciate children to inspire success, and build self-confidence and active learning;
  equip children who go through hardships with the ability to strive for central tenets;
  provide self-disciplined children to have flexibility for healthy growth;
  
have outstanding children achieve the goal that the world is their oyster; 
  
let children who have dreams gain wisdom necessary to make progress toward dreams steadily! 

School philosophy:

  In accordance with the concept of "miscellaneous development and holistic education as the foundation,
  and
appreciating children to inspire success on the basis,” our school cultivates the interdisciplinary ability of
  self-directed learning
, critical thinking, inquiry ability and problem-solving ability. Our school also creates a
  harmonious and united campus atmosphere, leads teachers who are professional, collaborative and sharing,
  and forms a learning school with sustainable management.

Operational strategies:

  The first strategy: build consensus and visionary leadership, and create a warm campus culture.

    (1) Smooth communication channels; maintain consensus and convey vision.

    (2) Shape a warm dialogue frameworks; develope a friendly campus atmosphere.

  The second strategy: uphold the effectiveness of administrative management, and improve the performance of the work team.

    (1)   Establish the e-learning platform; promote quality management system.

    (2)   Build an effective work team; regularly check, give feedback, revise and innovate.

 The third strategy: refine the school-based curriculum, and implement the school's characteristic positioning.

    (1)   Fulfill the overall curriculum planning; emphasize the practice of the vision of "teachers educating talents and students becoming elites."

    (2)   Promote vision and curriculum leadership; put the philosophy of teaching and learning into practice.

 The fourth strategy: enhance teachers’ professional competency, and advance teachers’ professional knowledge.
