The Affairs of Registration Section

1. To transcribe, file and process both freshmen’s documents and the forms of student status
2. To handle transfer students’  and to register and transfer their student status
3. To handle students’ registration, division of classes and alteration in their school numbers
4. To record students’ grades of every subject and to issue students’ transcripts
5. To keep a record of students’ grades of every subject and to calculate the numbers of students who are allowed to be upgraded, who are retained in the same grade, and who have to take the make-up examinations
6. To process students’ affairs such as transfer of school, suspension, resumption, and drop-out
7. To process the application for public expenses, scholarships and reduction of tuition fees. 
8. To calculate the number of students and to analyze and record the related information
9. To examine and issue all kinds of student testimonial papers
10. To issue graduation certificates
11. To process students’ collective enrollment for college and university entrance examinations
12. To handle the status data of graduate students
